Both the boys are through to the final. Adam is second with a 2:09 and James is 9th with a 2:11.

Both had pretty long and relaxed swims. Looking forward to the fireworks tonight.

1st night in camp.

Here at our accom everyone seems to be settling in well. We have some very excited boys here so some time has been spent trying to calm them all down. Dinner and lunch were great.

Looking forward to competition starting tomorrow. Will be at the pool at 9am.

Both the Nettlefold boys have their 200 backs tomorrow as well as the 16s medley relay in the evening.
