Here are the meets that we will be sending coaches to and ones that EVERYONE should be attending. They are primarily qualifying meets for State Age. Courtest of the fact that State Open is so early, it is a little unrealistic to expect too much there. If people dont wish to swim Opens, I don't mind. EVERYONE of the age group swimmers should be aiming to qualify for State Age (27-29 August).
Surrey Park - Morning Session (+1500 and 800 in arvo sess)- 13 June - MSAC
CA Tritons - Morning Session (+400FR and 400IM in arvo sess) - 27 June - MSAC
Firbank Aquastars - 15/over morning, 14/under afternoon - 24 July - MSAC
Nunawading - All day - 14 August - MSAC
Kyabram - All weekend - 24 October - Echuca (club team trip)
If you wish to do more meets than this, please feel free. I dont want people racing every weekend but more often than this is OK. If you arent able to swim at one of these meets then please, make it up with another. You will note that on most of the meets we will only be there for half a day. I dont want people sitting around all day when it isnt needed. Get in, swim a few races, get out.
