Just a reminder of a few rules that Swimming Victoria and Australia are pushing pretty heavily. These are areas we did not do well in at our own meet.
Suits - Only allowed to wear ONE. None others. If you have a suit that is of the racing variety, it needs to have a FINA logo stamped on the left rear waistline. If it just a normal suit, no stress (yet).
No strapping tape - unless accompanied PRIOR TO THE EVENT by a doctors certificate and that the officials don't deem that it will give you an advantage.
