The best was 18 Hours. The story of Jock Wallace. Jock was an Ausralian SAS soldier when war came to Afganistan.
It tells the story of 18 hours of Jocks life where he was pinned down in enemy territory with a few American soldiers and another Aussie. Great and very easy read. Gives a good insight into what it's like to be a soldier today. Warning- there is a fair bit of blue language in it. If you can handle that, then it's a good read. I sat in the sun in BA and read it in a day.
There is a section where a Spectre gunship is talked about. We have a suspicion that it was piloted by my wife's uncle. He can't tell us it was him. He can't tell us it wasn't either...
